Food for thought...........













I am troubled by the following.....
  •  Why does it take a huge amount of eggs, butter, and lemons to make only 2 jars of lemon Curd?
  •  Why do I have to bribe my husband with assorted home cooked cakes just to get him to put a new shelf up for me?
  •  Why do all the recipes in this fabulous book of Harry Eastwood taste of heaven and have no calories?
  • Why is the weather so very very cold?
yes as you can see, I have not moved from the kitchen all weekend I am exhausted and I have loved every minute of it. Have a lovely week
