This month, REGARD Magazine featured Josh Altman, a young, successful Real Estate Broker with impeccable style. He’s the new kid on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing”, and always looks classic and well put together, even relaxing about town. Inspired by his million dollar style, here are a few tips to help you look like a million bucks.
1. You MUST have two suits: one classic black that can be office or special occasion, and one of your choice. A grey suit in a 3 season fabric is a great option.
2. Fit is EVERYTHING. Make friends with a tailor and take care in the fitting of your suit and shirt. You should be able to comfortably fit a finger between your throat and your collar. Any more than that and you’ll look like David Spade. The shoulder seams should fit squarely, but not tightly to your shoulder and the torso should touch your torso. No
blousing.
3. Pay attention to the details. One key component to looking “rich” is to make sure your accessories are cool, and different, but classic. Don’t be afraid to mix patterns, and wear something special like a rock & roll pair of skull cuff links, or 3 toned oxfords. This will keep your classic look cool
