July 14-18 was the big Miami Mercedes Fashion Week, Swim.  This year, designer Amanda Che, featured her fabulous designs as you can see below.  We also featured her fabulous swimwear in our current issue with Dancing with the Stars troop dancer, Peta Murgatroyd. Her dancer's body showcased A.Che` Swimwear designs beautifully.  We had a fun shoot in gorgeous locale....check it out....  Thanks, Peta, for a great shoot....

On Trend with REGARD Magazine .... Lavender

The current issue of REGARD Magazine features fashion and make-up blogger, Dulce Candy. She burst onto the blog and YouTube scene a few years ago and has become extremely popular. With all of her success, she came to shoot with us not to long ago and looks radiant in super chic lavender dress by For Love and Lemons. She is definitely on trend wearing lavender. In fact, the new Duchess of Cambridge, Kate, while recently visiting the United States, attended a star studded Hollywood party in a beautiful, flowing pale lavender gown. Here are two ways to rock the pretty color. One now, and one later. Enjoy!

Behind the Scenes with Miss California 2011... Alyssa Campanella

With only a few days until our next issue release, here is a behind the scenes look at our shoot with the current Miss California 2011, Alyssa California for issue 6.  As you can see, it was a beautiful day to shoot on a rooftop downtown and Miss Alyssa was in her element.  Thanks to Lauren Elaine for the designs and aLine Media for the rooftop.

                    

Behind the Scenes with the dashing Omari Hardwick

Here is the behind the scenes video of our photoshoot with the dashing Omari Hardwick for our October issue and back cover.  The talented actor is one of the stars of TNT's Dark Blue, the movie Kick Ass and is featured in the up-coming Tyler Perry movie, "For Colored Girls" based on the 1977 Tony Award nominated play "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf,".

As usual, we had a fantastic time and Omari was amazing. Thanks to aLine media for the location and Billionaire Mafia for the clothing......

For our October issue, we  had a chance to work with Victoria's Secret 2009 model search winner, Kylie Bisutti, at an exotic location. Great party for Kao Pao Shu Studio Opening

Here is a look at last night's Kao Pao Shu Studio's opening party.  It was not only a great networking event, but many of the one-of-a-kind designs were available to purchase. (I bought a fabulous bag that I had to have). There was also a live model show featuring Kao Pao Shu's designs.....  Special thanks to designer/owner Naida Begeta and Kenn Henman from aLine Media for a great event.
