Behind the Scenes with Tess Kartel (The Other Guys)

We had a chance to shoot Miss Tess Kartel (who has a nice part in the new movie "The Other Guys") for Kao Pao Shu at their spacious design studio in Santa Monica.  As you can see from the video, Tess is very photogenic and she was a blast to work with.  She look amazing in every piece that stylist Ayana Van Putten dressed her in.  And in the background as we were doing the shoot, designer, Naida Begeta, was actually busy sewing and working on her new creations.  Take a look at photographer Dimitry and Tess in action, then take a look at the final editorial in the current issue of Regard Magazine......

Great party for Kao Pao Shu Studio Opening

Here is a look at last night's Kao Pao Shu Studio's opening party.  It was not only a great networking event, but many of the one-of-a-kind designs were available to purchase. (I bought a fabulous bag that I had to have). There was also a live model show featuring Kao Pao Shu's designs.....  Special thanks to designer/owner Naida Begeta and Kenn Henman from aLine Media for a great event.

Regard Mag Shoot Featuring Miss CA, Nicole Johnson

We had the pleasure of doing a photoshoot with Miss CA, Nicole Johnson for Issue 2. She was an amazing model and as you can see from the behind the scenes video, we had a great time. Although, she didn't win the Miss Universe pageant, she still is the best.
