Prince William is engaged, and the world over is buzzing with the news. This plays royally into our fashion hands. With the holidays coming soon, as well as the approach of award show season, our inspiration was this royal blue gown worn to the MET Costume Ball, earlier this year.
This season, the hues of the electric cerulean sort are all the rage. The color formula seems to be bright teal + navy = Royal Blue. It’s bright enough to stand out from the winter grays, deep enough to retain a sophisticated edge and exalted enough to be deemed royal.
