Liberia to be the first country in west africa to introduce Biometric ID Cards for government employees(nice!). The Government of Liberia through the Civil Service Agency has revealed that it will shortly lunch a Biometric ID Card system as part of its reform strategy.The reason for this is to fight against corruption so the goverment knows who they are paying and what amount.
