I won't bore you with the tears..or the mess...or the bacteria report!!!..but next doors( 5 bedroom student let) sewage pipe burst through our wall into our basement kitchen and we have spent days and days now cleaning up...you don't want to know anymore trust me! its horrible...........

The drain has been dug up and was completley smashed and they reckon it had been like it for ages UGH!
