He sends images in and the rest is history. Blaine has been featured in almost every magazine from Italian Vogue to GQ Style, from V Man and Arena Homme. And trust me...the list goes on and on. You will also see this guy walking down the runway in Calvin Klein, Givenchy, Emanuel Ungaro, Theirry Mugler , and Michael Kors. Just to name a few, lol. Besides his handsome looks, Cook is known for rising to the top in such a short amount of time.
