Kanye told anybody with ears last year that he would not appear on MTV again after he felt like they played him last year at the VMA's. But obviously they kissed and made up because Mr. West is confirmed to close the show this year. I understand why he didn't want to appear on MTV again but sometimes you just have to suck it up and make it happen, because I'm sure MTV has contributed just a tad to all his success.
Ye is rebuilding the bridges he burned. Nothing wrong with that.
